Emily’s goal has always been to teach therapy yoga. Each person carries burdens and trauma that weighs them down. Yoga can be a relief from stress, grief, abuse, and addiction.
While Emily loves maintainig a healthy lifestyle she aslo has her guilty pleasures including the occasional pizza and a really good glass of wine. To quote Emily “I believe good health and a happy life can be maintained with balance, not restriction.” When not in a yoga studio, she can be found outdoors at Philbrook and having lunch dates at Queenie’s with her awesome little boy.
